These conditions outline how you may use the Targos platform. Please read them carefully before signing up or accessing the Service.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Targos Visibility OS (“Service”). By creating an account or using Targos you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees and quotas are described on the pricing page or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Invoices are due upon receipt. We may suspend access for unpaid or overdue accounts.
You will not misuse the Service, reverse engineer components, interfere with other users, or access data you are not authorized to view. You will not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of your content and grant Targos a limited license to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data as described in our Privacy Notice.
Targos, the Visibility OS, and all related marks and software are owned by Trakos GmbH. Except for the rights expressly granted, no licenses are provided. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information of the other with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information and not to use it for purposes outside the scope of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 10 days after notice. Upon termination we will promptly delete or return customer data, subject to legal retention requirements.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Targos’ aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
We rely on third-party infrastructure and commerce providers to deliver the Service. The application is hosted on Vercel, customer data resides in Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany), subscriptions are managed through Autumn, and payments run through Stripe. Each provider acts as our processor under appropriate data processing agreements.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The competent courts of Innsbruck, Austria have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory protections for consumers in their country of residence.
